This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through PMStackerz.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping methods and delivery time

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available, but are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we’ll provide a tracking number via email after your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@pmstackerz.com. We cannot guarantee we can change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, or if the package is delayed, contact us and we’ll help you work with the carrier.

International shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.
