Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through PMStackerz.

1) Physical products

If you purchased a physical product and want to request a return:

  • Return window: request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: items must be unused and in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
  • Return shipping: unless the product arrived defective or damaged, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, email support@pmstackerz.com with your order details.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

2) Digital products

Digital products (downloads, guides, or access codes) are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law.

3) Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time via the Billing/Stripe portal. Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable
  • We typically do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period

4) Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account limitations while we investigate.
